The Choices You Make {Positive Thinking Thursday 5.27.20}

Every day, we have choices.

  • Sleep in late or get up and jumpstart the day?

  • Eat the lunch you made or head out for fast food?

  • Take a walk after dinner or plop down on the sofa for TV time?

  • Make the appointment or put it off until (maybe) tomorrow?

  • Press 'Buy Now' or leave it in your cart for awhile?

These choices may seem insignificant at the time, but they do add up.

Just remember: Nothing changes if nothing changes.

Write it Out: Think of a change you'd like to make in your life. Create a list of all the things you'd have to do to make that happen. Try to break each step down into its tiniest parts. Where can you take action now?
