Accountability Partnership for Service-Based Women Solopreneurs

THIS IS FOR YOU IF You're a WoMAN RUNNING A SERVICE-BASED BUSINESS
You didn't get where you are by accident. Your track record of generating good revenue proves it.
You probably already have someone in your corner for strategy – a business coach, a consultant, or someone sharp on the logistics side – and that relationship is doing exactly what it should by giving you the 'how' to your next level.
You know how to deliver for clients and they love you for it. When it comes to showing up for them, you get things done quickly like the rockstar you are.
What you can't seem to do yet is turn that same follow-through toward implementing what your business coach is actually teaching you. This is costing you valuable time, money, and impact.
What you need is a partner watching whether the plan actually gets worked, day by day, and who can guide you back on track if you stray. Someone on your side who specializes in entrepreneurial accountability (without the angst) and whose outcome is tied closely enough to yours that neither of us can afford to let the momentum die.
Why Your Plan Isn't Working
You spent years being excellent inside someone else's structure as an employee. You knew what to do every single day because someone had already decided your deadlines and your priorities for you and knew if it wasn't getting done.
Now you're the one building that structure, and managing yourself inside it is the hardest part of running your own business. You never expected there to be so much discomfort from doing hard things. So you spend your energy on research, website tweaks, and updating your plan, moves that feel like progress without requiring you actually move. This is avoidance at its finest because you feel productive, but you aren't productive on the right things that will generate revenue and expand your impact.
Your business coach has the strategy part taken care of. You know the 'how.' The Momentum Partnership exists to make sure your strategy plan gets worked, day after day, so you become someone that both your business and you can count on, just like your clients rely on you.
How this works
The Momentum Partnership is a six-month arrangement where I get up close and personal with what's happening with your business and why it's happening. This means that I not only get to know your business, I get to know you. I learn:
-
How you operate
-
How you make decisions
-
Where and when self-doubt tends to show up
-
Where you tend to delay
-
Where you think too small
-
What your patterns and Quitting Protocol are
We begin our partnership with two deep dive sessions so I can learn about you and your business.
For our first session, I'll learn what your offers are, how you priced them, where you want to take your business, and what's been getting in your way.
Then in our second session, we will map out exactly what happens, when it happens, and how it will happen for the next six months.
After that, we meet bi-weekly on Zoom for on-going planning, brainstorming, and vision-setting.
But the best part of this arrangement is the accountability and we'll use the Basecamp platform in-between our live sessions. Here, you'll share daily updates, Monday through Friday, so I always know where things stand instead of finding out at the next call. I review your content, offers, and any other client-facing work before it goes out for consistency, clarity, and alignment. If I see you start to go off track, I'll call you back to your plan before it becomes six more months of the same avoidance, and track your follow-through the way you'd want a real partner to.
How I'm paid
I'm not paid the same whether your business grows or it doesn't, which is how most traditional coaches are paid.
My fee is designed so that when your revenue moves, mine does too.
I use a retainer + revenue-share model in which you pay me a $2500 retainer each month plus 7 % of new business generated during our partnership. Full terms, including exactly how new revenue gets tracked and reported, are laid out in the agreement we walk through before you start. Nothing about that piece is a surprise by the time you sign.
We'll work together for 6-months and this model does an excellent job of keeping us both of us pointed at the same outcome because we are both invested in your success.
It's my signature Accountability Without the Angst™ in its most literal form: no shame, no lecture, just two people with the same number to hit.
When you succeed, so do I, and like to succeed. You can rest assured that if we work together, I'm as invested in your success as you are.
Built on my signature framework,, The Momentum Method
Every recommendation I make inside our partnership runs through the same five pillars:
Precision Planning — Making sure you have clarity before any action, so you stop rebuilding the plan and start working it.
Intentional Action — We'll close the gap between knowing and doing, one completed thing at a time.
Accountability Without the Angst™ & Self-Trust — Momentum is built on maintaining high standards, not allowing shame or guilt, and taking note of the deposits you make in your Self-Trust Bank™.
Mind Management — I'll help you keep self-doubt, any holdover employee-mindset thoughts still running your decisions, and limiting beliefs at bay while we replace them with ones built for the business you actually want.
Future-Led Identity — I'll help you make decisions from the woman you're building toward, not the one you've been defaulting to in the past.
What's included:
-
Two 90-minute deep-dives where I get to really know your business. We map your next six months against actual revenue-generating priorities and set the terms of how we'll work together
-
Biweekly 1:1 sessions built around my signature Momentum Method Framework, not generic check-ins
-
Direct access via Basecamp between sessions for the moment you're about to talk yourself out of something, before it turns into a withdrawal from your Self-Trust Bank™
-
Review of anything client-facing before it goes out: offers, sales pages, proposals, content, pricing decisions
-
Monthly momentum reviews of your Self-Trust Bank™ so you can see the deposits adding up instead of guessing whether you're actually moving
Who this partnership is built for:
The Momentum Partnership is for service-based women solopreneurs, earning $80K and higher, who:
-
Have tried the self-discipline route, the course route, maybe even the mastermind route, and you're still the bottleneck.
-
Are ready to be held to a standard, challenged on your patterns, and paired with someone who has a real financial reason to make sure you follow through.
-
Are done treating your business potential as something you only dream about.
Who this isn't built for:
The Momentum Partnership may not be a good fit if you are:
-
In the early stage of business development and haven't earned at least $80K gross revenue in the past three years
-
Looking for cheerleading more than someone who will hold you to a standard
-
Unwilling to do the work needed to make your business a success
-
Not receptive to feedback, thinking outside-the-box, or collaboration
Your next step
If you've read this far and you already know this is the missing piece, book a 60-minute Discovery Call with Jen to see if we are a good fit for each other. Come with a goal you've been circling and I'll take it from there.

A WORD FROM MY CLIENTS
Working with Jen Laffin was both grounding and motivating. She has a rare ability to cut through the noise and help you build real consistency without shame or pressure. Jen doesn’t just talk mindset, she pairs it with clear action and accountability that actually sticks. I left our work together with stronger self-trust, better follow-through, and momentum that carried beyond our time working together. If you’re serious about doing the work and not just collecting ideas, Jen is someone I’d confidently recommend.
Darcie Cameron
Co-Founder & Marketing Director

Jen often says she offers “Accountability Without the Angst,” and it couldn’t be more accurate. Whether things were going to plan, evolving, or hitting roadblocks, I always felt like I was making forward momentum, with zero guilt and better clarity. During our sessions, Jen combined insight and encouragement with a sharp eye for the right next step. She has been a trusted advisor, a thought partner, and a cheerleader all at once and because of that, my dreams and goals expanded far faster than I could have ever imagined.

QUESTIONS?
I already have a business coach. Why would I need this too?
Most of my clients do. That coach is handling strategy, and that's exactly where they should stay. What they usually don't have is someone tracking whether the plan actually got worked, five days a week, with money on the line for both of us if it didn't. That's the layer I fill, and it's a different job than the one your coach is doing.
How soon will I see a difference?
The daily Basecamp accountability starts in week one, and most clients feel the shift in how they're moving through their days within the first few weeks. The six-month term is what proves that shift holds once the newness wears off.
What if I don't close new business during the six months?
Then the revenue-share percentage you owe me is zero and you've paid the retainer for a fractional Chief Momentum Officer holding the standard on your follow-through. The retainer covers the partnership itself, and the percentage is what happens when it works.
How do we track "new business"?
Simply, and in writing before we start. We define what counts before the first invoice, not after.
What if six months isn't enough?
For most people it's enough to prove the pattern has actually changed. If you want to continue past that point, we'll talk about what the next chapter looks like, on updated terms that reflect where your business is by then.
Why do you use a retainer + revenue-share model?
A flat monthly fee like most coaches and consultants charge pays me whether or not anything changes in your business. I don't want to be paid that way. If you've ever paid a coach who showed up the same regardless of what happened on your end, you already know why that arrangement doesn't hold anyone to anything. The percentage means I only do well when you do, which is what makes the accountability in this partnership mutual.
